Samuel S.H. Ahne, Esq.
Partner
Samuel Ahne is a partner at AHNE & JI, LLP. Mr. Ahne received a B.A. in International Studies from Florida State University in 1981 and received his Juris Doctorate from Emory University School of Law in 1984.

Mr. Ahne has been practicing law for over three decades serving and representing small to mid-sized businesses in the greater New York City areas. He has extensive experience in residential and commercial real estate transactions, lease negotiations, purchase and sale of businesses, and business licensing matters, including liquor licensing. He has represented a diverse clientele including financial institutions, franchises, restaurants, and other small businesses in commercial leasing and labor department investigation matters protecting small business owners' interests.

In addition to his legal work, Mr. Ahne enjoys traveling and playing golf. Mr. Ahne is fluent in Korean.
Younghoon Ji, Esq.
Partner
Younghoon Ji is a partner at AHNE & JI, LLP. Mr. Ji received a B.B.A in Operations Management from The Bernard M. Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business, in 2010. He received his Juris Doctorate cum laude from Touro Law School in 2014, where he received CALI Awards for the highest achievement in Constitutional Law and Judicial Externship. As a member of Touro International Law Review, Mr. Ji was involved in reviewing and editing law review articles concerning international treaties and legal conflicts among different countries.
As a result of performing over 200 hours of volunteer work serving indigent litigants who could not afford legal representation, Mr. Ji received Touro Law Pro Bono Service Award upon graduation. He served as a judicial intern for Honorable Vito M. DeStefano at Commercial Division, New York State Supreme Court in Nassau County. Mr. Ji is particularly interested in constitutional and civil rights issues.

Mr. Ji is admitted to practice law in the State Courts of New York, United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
In addition to his legal work, Mr. Ji enjoys spending time at the beach, traveling, and training in mixed martial arts. He is fluent in Korean.
Harold Lee, Esq.
Associate
Harold Lee is an associate at AHNE & JI, LLP. Mr. Lee received his B.A. in Integrative Studies from the University of North Texas in 2015. He received his Juris Doctorate from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2020. Mr. Lee's work encompasses all aspects of the practice, including civil litigation and real estate transactions. He has extensive experience in complex civil and commercial litigation, which often require sophisticated legal strategies, from pre-litigation assessment to the overall handling of the cases.
While in law school, Mr. Lee was actively involved in impact litigation matters and assisted in preparing an Amicus Curiae Brief for submission to the New York Court of Appeals. He also competed in business startup competition and pitched his legal tech startup idea before an esteemed panel of the renowned investors. Mr. Lee is admitted to practice in the State Courts of New York and the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Mr. Lee is a tennis fanatic and plays at the competitive level. He is fluent in Korean.
